When I first saw this scene, I laughed. But then the subsequent times I spent my time analysing it. Then I sadfase’d. Hardcore. Lilo’s parents were killed in an automotive accident, in the rain. Yeah. I haven’t been able to look at this bit of the movie the same, since.
